Applications are reviewed individually. Not everyone is accepted, and some are waitlisted until a better fit exists.

Your answers are used to review your application and, if you are accepted, to build your development plan. Applications that do not convert are deleted within 24 months. Your details are stored securely on Talon's platform, seen only by Sama and Talon staff, and never sold or shared with clubs, coaches or agents without your written permission. You can request a copy or deletion any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Talon provides education, mentorship and development. Never guaranteed contracts, selection or representation. Under-18 applicants require parent or guardian consent.
