Terms & Conditions

Talon Coaching provides rugby education, mentorship and athlete development. These terms apply every time you buy a product, book a session or access the platform. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Talon provides structured education across three pillars: physical development, mental development and rugby skills. Depending on the product, this includes written modules, worksheets, video resources, goal setting tools, milestone reviews and direct written feedback.

Talon does not guarantee contracts, selection, scholarships, trials, agent representation, physical results or any professional outcome. Nothing on this site or inside the platform should be read as a promise of any of those things.

• Give accurate information during application and onboarding.
• Do the work. Talon supplies the plan and the standard, not the effort.
• Keep your login private. Accounts are for one athlete.
• Treat coaches, staff and other athletes with respect.
• Do not share, resell, republish or repackage Talon material.

Access is personal and non-transferable. Subscription access continues while the subscription is active. Fixed-term mentorship access runs for the term purchased. One-off purchases give you access to that product only.

Talon may suspend or close an account for abusive behaviour, sharing paid material, or repeated failure to meet program conditions. Where access is closed for cause, fees already earned are not refundable.

Sama is a current professional player. Access is structured, not unlimited. Milestone reviews and session bookings are scheduled around playing and travel commitments, and may occasionally be moved. Where a session is moved by Talon, it is rescheduled at no extra cost.

All modules, ebooks, worksheets, video, frameworks and written feedback remain the property of Talon Coaching. You get a personal licence to use them for your own development. You do not get the right to distribute or teach from them.

Talon's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or the equivalent law where you live.

Talon may update these terms. Material changes are communicated to active members before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
