Refund Policy

Talon sells education and coaching time. Once material has been unlocked or time has been delivered, it cannot be returned. The policy below is written so both sides know where they stand before money changes hands.

Digital products are delivered immediately, so they are not refundable once accessed. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not what was described, it is replaced or refunded in full.

• Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Part-used periods are not pro-rated.
• Renewals are notified before they are charged.

Fixed-term mentorship is a committed block of coaching. Once the term has started it is not refundable, because the plan, review slots and preparation time are reserved for you. Where Talon cannot deliver the remaining reviews in a term, the unused portion is refunded or credited.

• Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.
• Missed sessions without notice are treated as delivered.
• Sessions moved by Talon are rescheduled at no cost, or refunded on request.

Nothing here limits rights under Australian Consumer Law or the equivalent law where you live. To raise a refund, email hello@taloncoaching.com with your order details.
