When consent is required
Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent during onboarding wherever consent is legally required. The consenting adult provides their name, relationship and contact details, and accepts these policies on the athlete's behalf.
What the adult is agreeing to
- The athlete may access Talon education, worksheets and modules.
- The athlete may submit film, written work and goals for review.
- Talon may store the athlete's development information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Coaching feedback is direct and may include physical and mental standards.
Communication and safeguarding
Communication with a minor may be directed through the consenting adult, and a parent or guardian may request a copy of any feedback or submitted work at any time. One-on-one sessions with a minor may be attended by the consenting adult.
Talon expects the safeguarding standards of the athlete's club, school or union to apply alongside these policies.
Withdrawing consent
Consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time by emailing hello@taloncoaching.com. Access ends once consent is withdrawn, and the Refund Policy applies to any remaining paid period.
Drafted for review. Confirm the operating entity, ABN, jurisdiction and refund windows with a lawyer before launch.
Talon Coaching provides coaching, education and mentorship only. No contract, selection, scholarship or representation outcome is guaranteed anywhere in these documents.
